The census

From thousands, to the one.

Assets Portfolio is the living census of everything an operation owns. It keeps score for every asset, surfaces the few that need attention today, and lets you drill from a portfolio-wide distribution down to one machine's record — without leaving the page.

01

One health language for the whole estate

Every asset carries a live 0–100 health score, and the portfolio answers with a single number an operator can trust — in the walkthrough, 4,727 assets averaging 96.7. Healthy, critical, under maintenance and expired warranties are counted in the same breath, so the first screen is already the state of the estate.

02

The few that need you today

Priority Attention sorts the entire portfolio by lowest health first. Two air-handling units surface at a score of 30 flagged critical, and one plumbing unit carries something stronger than a warning: failure risk likely within 7 days. The module doesn't just report weak assets; it forecasts the next failure and puts it at the top of the list.

03

A distribution you can interrogate

The health distribution is not a chart to admire — it is a filter. Excellent 4,317 · Good 85 · Fair 151 · Poor 172 · Critical 2: click any band and it resolves into a named, paginated list of the exact machines inside it. Portfolio-level confidence, backed by asset-level proof.

Every connected asset is a living record

3,032 connected assets each hold their own card: the live health score and its trend, the exact sensors watching the asset — listed by name — current critical and high alert counts, and the next maintenance date. The record is editable under a governed edit mode, so the registry stays true as the building changes.

05

Even the silent things are counted

1,688 static assets — carpentry, panels, counters, fixtures — hold their place in the same census, each with category, manufacturer, install date and floor. No sensors, still no blind spots: if the operation owns it, the portfolio knows it.
