Platform · Operations Hub

One control room for the whole operation.

Energy, water, occupancy, parking, HVAC, doors and lighting: every live number and every live log, in one smart control hub. The wall below behaves like the real module.

One operational view

The whole building, at a glance.

Energy, water, alerts, tickets, occupancy, parking, doors and HVAC — one screen carries the live state of the entire operation, with every number updating and every log line landing the moment a sensor reports it. No switching between disconnected systems to find out where the building stands.

The operator’s workflow

From first glance to room-level truth.

Operations Hub is the live operational control layer of TwinMS: building conditions, systems, alerts, occupancy and environmental data in one contextual interface. Six capabilities, one continuous movement.

01

One operational view

The KPI wall condenses the building’s current state — consumption, alerts, open tickets, occupancy, active systems — into a single reading. An operator knows where the building stands before touching a single control.

02

Scope by floor and space

Office Select narrows the entire hub to one floor or one space: eight levels, down to a single hall, and every panel follows. You are never reading a number without knowing exactly where it belongs.

03

The building speaks

Live System Logs stream every sensor event as it happens: time-stamped, tied to its room, filterable to Critical or Warning. Maintenance states, faults, a sprinkler triggering in the Main Hall: the activity of the building, in plain lines.

04

What needs attention

Active Alerts separates signal from activity: a water leak is flagged Critical with its location and time, and stays on screen beside the stream, not buried inside it — until it is dealt with.

05

How space is being used

The Occupancy Map reads occupancy room by room, level by level: fifteen spaces at a glance, shaded by load. Building-level awareness becomes floor-level understanding.

06

Room-level environmental truth

Air Quality Monitoring carries seven readings per level — CO₂, CO, HCHO, TVOC, PM2.5, temperature and humidity — sorted by Priority or Floor Number. Expand a level and every room reports its own conditions with an AQI verdict: in the walkthrough, one office reads Very Polluted while its neighbours read Good. That difference — which room, not just which building — is what an operator acts on.
