Go anywhere
The Space Navigator lists every level and every room — Main Hall, meeting rooms, the pump room, the rooftop plant — searchable and one click away. From the street outside to a named room inside, without a loading screen.
See everything
Turn the ceiling off. The System Filter strips architecture away layer by layer — lights, HVAC, pumps, sensors, and the services above the tiles appear as they actually run, live in 3D, not as a diagram.
Know everything
Click any asset and it answers: Operational State on top, full Asset Metadata beneath — type, family, location, install date, identifiers, with live readings attached. In the film it is a named pump in the pump room; in your building it is everything with a tag.
Be anywhere
Teleport. Pump room to rooftop plant in seconds. The twin holds the whole estate in one continuous scene, so moving between places you would never walk between takes a click, not a site visit.
Every perspective
Realistic, Wireframe and Thermal are the same room, re-asked. The photoreal view for orientation, the wireframe for structure, the thermal overlay with live temperature for comfort — one model answering three different questions.
