One method, six domains

Energy, water, pumps, HVAC, occupancy and air quality read from the same period — this day, yesterday, last week, last year or a custom range, and every view exports. One screen holds the whole domain: KPIs, trends, per-floor comparison and per-room breakdown.

Losses carry a price tag

Leak detection events arrive costed: excess consumption in kWh, the spike above normal, how long it has been running, and the estimated cost in SAR. An active leak on a named floor system reads differently when it is losing money on screen.

Every machine gets a verdict

The pump fleet is scored individually — health from Critical to Excellent, connectivity, flow against rated capacity, efficiency, vibration, temperature, runtime and maintenance windows. An overdue service shows up in red before it shows up as a failure.

Comfort is measured, not assumed

HVAC performance resolves into a comfort score, system efficiency against baseline, and a live count of active faults, with runtime and energy impact broken out per floor, so over-conditioning is as visible as under-cooling.

Space that earns its keep

Occupancy analytics track how the building is actually used — current headcount against capacity, the daily peak and when it lands, weekly averages and a space-utilization score that tells you which floors work and which just cost.

The air has an address

Air quality is ranked from Good to Severely Polluted — per floor, then per room, with the chemistry attached: CO₂, CO, HCHO, TVOC, PM2.5, temperature and humidity. The worst-performing area is named on arrival, and the zones requiring attention come as a ranked list.
