The scenario

A live crowd heatmap breathes on the twin. Gates meter their flow in real time. Sanitation tasks dispatch themselves as consumption rises. A missing person is found through a bracelet signal — scanned, located, reunited. And before the courtyard fills, a predictive alert in Arabic guides pilgrims toward the rooftop Mataf.

What the film shows

Crowd forecasting and gate management on a navigable twin, sanitation scheduling with automatic dispatch, incident reporting with map and media, missing-person analytics with bracelet tracking, sensor and network health, and predictive push guidance — heat-stress detection included.
