Every scarf, jersey and cap with its own digital twin — from the packing line to the moment it sells. An applied scenario for event merchandising on RFID.
The scenario
Fifty units pass an RFID portal and fifty twins go live. A handheld sweep counts 4,500 items in seconds with zero discrepancy. The geo-map shows stock across Jeddah, Riyadh and Khobar; a 5,000-unit transfer rebalances it. Two hours before the home jersey would sell out, the system predicts the stockout and stages the restock.
What the film shows
Item-level twins on passive RFID, portal and handheld scanning, live scan feeds, geo-inventory with inter-city transfers, demand forecasting with automatic replenishment, channel and venue sales analytics, and staffing optimization.
Classification
An applied scenario with concept dashboards and simulated data — a fictional tournament setting, no named customer. It demonstrates how the TwinMS engine treats merchandise the way it treats buildings: as living assets.
